Accomodation prices 2024

From September 15th 2024 to April 30th 2025	no rental
May to June 14th	175,- €/night
June 15th to June 30th	195,- €/night
July, August and to September 14th	240,- €/night

5% discount for minimally a 2 week stay

Surcharge for heating swimming pool (june – september) in non-standard heated months :

+ € 195,-

These prices include the use of bed-, bath- and kitchen linen, beach towels, electricity, water, internet and satellite TV.

The final cleaning and linen washing fee is € 195,- .

For any transitional weeks, longer or shorter stays (weekends, mid-week – minimum 4 nights) outside the high season, please contact us.

The entire villa is non-smoking. It is possible to smoke outside on the terraces. An ashtray is provided
Pets are not allowed
No glasses or bottles allowed around the pool

Go to the Contact/Reserve page and click on the start and end date of the desired period.
Completely fill in the contact email and send it to us.
The period you indicate will be “In Option” and will be blocked for the time being. We will receive the contact email and send you the rental agreement. After receipt within 5 days of this agreement signed by you “for approval” and of the deposit for half of the rent, we will lift the option and turned into a final reservation.
The balance and the deposit of € 350,- must be paid 8 weeks before departure date.
After receipt of the balance we will send you all the information about the villa.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the people of Blue Ocean Home Services. They will also be present at your departure and can be contacted during your stay.
You can also report damage to them. If there is no damage you will receive your full deposit back within two weeks after leaving the villa.
